EMVCo Merchant-Presented QR decoding for Colombia: full TLV parsing and EASPBV v1.4 field support, CRC-16 validation, lenient diagnostics, compact single-entry API and no shared-module dependencies.
A Kotlin Multiplatform library that parses EMVCo Merchant-Presented QR codes following the Colombian industry standard (EASPBV v1.4-2025) — the spec behind QR payments on networks like Redeban, Credibanco and the Bre-B instant payment system.
It ships as an Android AAR, an iOS Framework and a plain JVM jar (for Ktor/Spring backends) from a single Kotlin codebase, with native demo apps (Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI) that scan and decode real payment QRs.

Follows the recommended KMP project structure with Gradle 9.5.1, AGP 9.2.1 (com.android.kotlin.multiplatform.library plugin) and Kotlin 2.3.21. JDK 17+ required.

Both demo apps share the same product: a 3-tab app (Scan / Generate / Settings) that decodes real Colombian payment QRs and generates spec-valid test QRs (TLV + CRC-16/CCITT-FALSE built in each app's domain layer and round-trip-verified against this library).

The suite includes real Redeban QR samples, full-coverage synthetic QRs built with a TLV/CRC helper, malformed-input cases, and the standard CRC-16/CCITT-FALSE test vector ("123456789" → 0x29B1).
